US Futures Point to Slightly Higher Open
U.S. stocks were set to open slightly higher Wednesday morning.
At around 04:10 a.m. ET, Dow futures rose 59 points, showing a positive open of in excess of 37 points. Futures on the S&P and Nasdaq were also imperceptibly higher.
U.S. stocks finished Tuesday minimal changed in the midst of a fall in tech shares. In front of Wednesday's session, the focus is on exchange relations among China and the U.S. Beijing released a tax exemptions list for products from the U.S. on Wednesday morning.
In the interim, as per the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, some American companies are speeding up their move away from China in the midst of the imposition of U.S. tariffs.
Data and Earnings
Investors will look forward to new PPI information due at 8:30 a.m. ET and wholesale exchange figures out at 10:00 a.m. ET.
On the earnings front, Aurora Cannabis and Tailored Brands are due to report.
