Virgin Bhanupriya is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language comedy-drama film directed by Ajay Lohan and produced by Shreyans Mahendra Dhariwal. The film stars Urvashi Rautela in the lead role. It also features Gautam Gulati, Archana Puran Singh, Delnaaz Irani, Rajiv Gupta, and Brijendra Kala, Niki Aneja Walia, and Rumana Molla. The film is a family comedy that explores the relationship between youngsters and their families. The film was scheduled for theatrical release in India but has moved to release on 16 July 2020 through ZEE5 due to the COVID-19 pandemic
While we all understand the pressure of youngsters losing their virginity (come on, we've all been there, at last in an urban society), what we can't understand is Virgin Bhanupriya's trailer, where Urvashi Rautela is facing a tough time to lose her virginity (God alone knows, why) despite all her efforts, which are neither fresh nor funny.
A Hollywood film called The 40-Year Old Virgin, starring Steve Carell, comes to mind, which hilariously yet believably explored the trails of a bumbling, middle-aged guy to finally get laid. On the other hand, Urvashi forced attempts only to seem like a recipe to put us through trial.

After “Gulabo Sitabo”, “Shakuntala Devi” and “Ghoomketu”, the Urvashi Rautela-starrer “Virgin Bhanupriya” is the latest Bollywood film to confirm a release on an OTT platform, bypassing a traditional theatre opening.
“We are in the conversation now to release it directly on OTT. Looking at the current situation, and the revenue one is getting from OTT, this seems like a good option than waiting when there is so much uncertainty in terms of opening of theatres,” said the film’s producer Mahendra Dhariwal.
Bhanupriya played by Urvashi is a college-going conservative girl who decides to lose her virginity. She thinks it should be the easiest thing in today’s world. However, all her attempts go in vain and as a soothsayer predicts, it is an impossible task that won’t happen ever in her life. What happens after that forms the crux of the story.
